Mental Health Counselor
While working as a Mental Health Counselor at the Mental Health Unit of Baystate Franklin Medical Center, Cecelia encouraged patients to find a comfortable and practical approach to healing. Trained in Trauma Informed Care and DBT, Cecelia has facilitated groups on Wellness, Anxiety & Anger Management, Relaxation, Mindfulness Meditation, and Dual Diagnosis Recovery where she strove to break very large tasks into manageable pieces.
Since her childhood, Cecelia has loved, rescued and rehabilitated small animals. She served as the Northeast Director of Chow Chow Rescue. Today her loving dog and two cats often join her in the love and light of Reiki with clients.
